All hair is sourced from donors. Natural differences in color, curl pattern, and thickness are normal and not defects.

We provide care guidelines, but Sloan Strands is not responsible for damage caused by installation, coloring, bleaching, heat styling, or chemical treatments.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers must review all order details before paying. No changes can be made once an order is submitted.

4. Pricing

Prices and promotions may change at any time. Missed discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.

5. Payments & Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will result in loss of purchasing privileges and will lead to further legal action.

Customers must provide accurate addresses. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost/stolen packages, or misdeliveries.
