Processing Times

613 wigs/bundles are PRE-ORDER only and require 7-10 business days for processing.

All other textures (Body Wave, Straight, etc.) require 3–5 business days for processing.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Responsibility
Customers must enter the correct shipping information at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.

Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Sloan Strands is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact the carrier directly.
